Coleslaw Salad with Yogurt
A healthier version of coleslaw salad.

Servings 1 large serving dish
- 1 cabbage washed and chopped
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
- 1 teaspoon linseed
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon vinegar apple or grape
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ lemon's juice
Cut the cabbage into half. Take out and discard the stiff stem part. Chopas thin as possible.
First peel and then grate the carrot, using the coarser side of the grater.
Put the chopped cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Then add all the remaining material on top. Mix really well.
Keep in fridge and serve chilled. Enjoy
