Place the flour, sugar, cocoa, eggs in a pot and 500 millilitres of milk and mix well for 1-2 minutes with a mixer.
Add the remaining milk and start to cook over medium heat while always mixing with a whisker.
When the mixture gets warm add the butter. Butter serves to make the pudding shiny on top and for additional flavor. You may choose to leave it out.
When the mixture turns into a pudding and you start to notice bubbles remove from heat.
Pour into serving bowls immediately. Keep in the fridge after they cool.
Serve chilled. Leave them plain or garnish with coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, ground pistacchio or walnuts.
