Rİnse gently. Soak in water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar for about 10 minutes, to make sure you get rid of dust and similar.
Rinse again under flowing water. Tear with your hands to large pieces. Be gentle and try not to crush or squeeze the spinach. Put them in a large mixing bowl.
Peel the white raddish. Chop to small pieces as seen in the picture. Add to spinach.
Wash and cut to slices the tomatoes. Add to spinach.
Crush, mince to tiny pieces two garlic cloves and add.
Add first the salt, then the other spices. Then add the olive oil and finally the vinegar. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Serve and enjoy.
