Chop the onion, garlic, potato and zucchini to small pieces.
Heat a large pot. First add the onions, sauté until translucent.
Then add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the chopped potato and continue to sauté.
Finally add the peas. And continue to sauté until the potatoes are softened.
Add about a litre of warm water. Bring to boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Use a hand blender to get rid of the particles to obtain a smooth soup. You can add 200-250 milliliters additional boiling water if the soup becomes too thick. Bring to boil one last time and serve warm.
Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped dill or parsley and sprinkle red pepper flakes.
