Ingredients
- 1 red cabbage about 500 grams
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar apple or grape
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon lemon’s juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard optional
Instructions
- Peel the outer layer of the red cabbage and rinse.
- Cut to thin slices and put into a large bowl.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well rubbing if possible.
- Rest for at least half an hour in the fridge.
- When time is out, mix again. Taste and adjust spices. Serve.
