Ingredients

  • 1 red cabbage about 500 grams
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar apple or grape
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon's juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard optional

Instructions

  • Peel the outer layer of the red cabbage and rinse.
  • Cut to thin slices and put into a large bowl.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well rubbing if possible.
  • Rest for at least half an hour in the fridge.
  • When time is out, mix again. Taste and adjust spices. Serve.
