Red Cabbage Salad / Kırmızı Lahana Salatası

- 1 red cabbage about 500 grams
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar apple or grape
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon lemon's juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard optional
Peel the outer layer of the red cabbage and rinse.
Cut to thin slices and put into a large bowl.
Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well rubbing if possible.
Rest for at least half an hour in the fridge.
When time is out, mix again. Taste and adjust spices. Serve.
