Greetings!

This blog is a treasure trove of recipes gathered from family, seasoned with personal experiences, and refined in my cooking classes. Take a look, give them a go, and enjoy the deliciousness. Stay connected – I’d love to hear your thoughts!

After 25 years in the corporate world, I stumbled upon a delightful hobby after retiring – cooking. What began as a post-career passion has blossomed into a multifaceted journey that includes cooking lessons, a cookery book, catering, and even a stint in street food. The joy of this adventure extends worldwide, with thousands of followers and friends who have joined me through the blog and cooking lessons.

Home is now in Milton Keynes, UK, where I reside with my dear husband, our daughter, and son. Family, health, and productivity are my cornerstones of happiness.

On the blog, I share tried-and-tested recipes. Practical and made from scratch, these dishes utilize accessible and cost-friendly ingredients. I encourage you to try and savor these recipes, just as I often revisit them when deciding what to cook.

Your comments and images of the dishes you’ve prepared using my recipes, whether on the blog or through Facebook and Instagram, are always welcome. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Stay safe and connected,

Nese
