Roasted Chicken with Marinade

Marinade
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Mix all the marinade ingredients with a spoon until well combined.
Spread the mixture all around the chicken, make sure there is no place left untouched.
Place the chicken in a bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for about half an hour or an hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 240°Celsius.
Move the chicken into a baking tray and bake in the oven until golden and crispy. Probably for 40-50 minutes.
