Healing Black Radish Salad
This salad will help you recover from cold and improve your immunity.

Salad
- 1 black radish
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 5-6 stalks parsley
Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons vinegar apple or grape
- ½ teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ lemon's juice
Grate the black radish and carrot.
Slice the onion.
Chop the tomato and parsley.
Crush the garlic and mix it well the dressing ingredients.
Put everything together in a serving bowl and mix.
Chill, serve, enjoy and stay healthy.
