Mix all the ingredients until well blended to obtain a thick, creamy texture.
Garnish red pepper flakes, if using.

Notes
The recipe will turn out better if you use strained yogurt. If not available try to use parts of yogurt that are not very watery. If you want to make your own strained yogurt, you can do so by putting your yogurt into a cheesecloth and waiting or pressing down to get rid of the excess water in the yogurt.Adjust the mint and the salt according to your taste.
