Light Broccoli Soup: Dairy Free

Sharing is caring!

Jump to Recipe

Broccoli soup is one of the favorites of weight watchers, as it is a low calorie soup, despite the rich variety of vitamins and minerals it contains.

This recipe will make the dieticians even more happy as it does not contain cheese, milk or cream. I do not like to add these into soups as my daughter does not like soup and if the soup contains these she just skips the soup altogether.

You can play around the recipe by adding carrots and potatoes if you like.

To make the color of the soup more green, cook the broccoli less.

Hope you will try and enjoy. Looking forward to read your comments.
