Wash and chop the parsley, do not use the large stems.
Wash the cheese under flowing water if it has a creamy texture on top and then either grate or crumble the cheese.
Break the egg in another small dish and whisk it slightly and add to the cheese.
Mix the parsley, cheese and the egg. Turn it into a spread, using a spoon or a fork.
Slice the bread to 1,5-2 centimeter thickness. Any type of bread will do.
Evenly spread the cheese mixture on one side of each slice. Sprinkle with paprika.
Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, until cheese melts. Serve while still warm. Enjoy.
